The Scandinavia countries of Norway, Sweden and Denmark offer the visiting birder a huge range of habitats. These range from the Arctic archipelago of Svalbard to the rich and fertile wetlands of Denmark. In between you have Sweden with its huge areas of pristine woodland, lakes and some of Europe’s finest migration localities. Birding Scandinavia offers customized private guiding for single people or small groups of up to nine. Birding Scandinavia also has no fast dates for its trips. On the following pages you will find suggestions for trips and the best time of the year to make them. These trips can be made at any time of the year, giving you, the visiting birder, a flexible choice of some of the best birding localities in Scandinavia.
